make webadi upload document available via menu structure in gl responsibility

In 11.5.10 we had the ability to to creade an journal uplad document and then make that upload document accessible via the menu structure in gl responsibilities.  To do this we register the upload document as a function and assigned that function to a menu structure that was tied to the responsibility.

We used the params bne:page=BneCreateDoc&bne:viewer=BNE:EXCEL2003&bne:reporting=N&bne:integrator=BNE:JOURNALS_115&bne:layout=BNE:PENN_FUNC_ACTUALS&bne:content=BNE:NONE2 when we registered the function making sure that we assigend the LAYOUT variable to the correct upload document.

My question.  Is this still available in r12.1.3 and what variables need to be assigned in the param field when registering the function?
