8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13 Patch Upgrade

 Hi Guys,
We have Upgraded Siebel  8.0..0.5 to 8.0.0.13,but  base.txt version is not updated in SWSE Public Folder it is showing Old version 8.0.0.5,but in Siebel Servers the base.txt got changed.

What Could be the Problem, Please Explain

We are getting the below Error.
