Patch 15921888 : R12 : AR : Relink fails with "You_need_to_edit_adrelink_to_set_LDFLAGS"

Hi there

We are in the process of applying Patch 15921888:R12.AR.B, but relinking is failing
with multiple occurrences of two distinct types of error, for example :

    cc: You_need_to_edit_adrelink_to_set_LDFLAGS: No such file or directory
   make: ***
   [/test_inst/testr12/testapps/apps/apps_st/appl/ar/12.0.0/bin/RAXTRX] Error 1

.. and ..

    /test_inst/testr12/testapps/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adrelinknew.sh:
    line 4143: Command: command not found
    Unable to create function list for module "CMDCART.so".
