Unable to Change Calculation Order in Financial Reporting

Working with Oracle support and just applied Patch 15993965 which was recommended by Oracle Support which upgraded FR Studio 11.1.2.750 which is now 11.1.2.756. The problem has not been corrected.  Running 11.2.1. Any ideas?
