Troubleshooting your Sales Order Issue before raising a thread or service request

Ever wonder if you can resolve a Sales Order Issue yourself?  If so, try going through the following steps.  The steps should lead you right to a solution.

1. Search My Oracle Support https://support.oracle.com/ with error/errors message/messages of the failing process.
     a)  Sign into My Oracle Support > Top Right Search Box > Click Sources > Select Knowledge Base > Enter error (with quotes around error, remove any header_id or line_ids) > Click Global Search icon
     b)  Review top documents returned for possible solutions.

2. If no error is given, review the Sales Order Analyzer, HTMOMSE report, or Sales Order Diagnostic
