Customers Need Help Changing Netadmin Password When Forget It

Hello,

Often get this question when clients have a Netadmin password which is forgotten either over time or when a new CCA DB is created.  As such customer can not log into Administration Manager and change the password to something they can remember.  As the database password entry in the Users table is encrypted they can not change it manually via the DB either. 

What is the solution to resolve this?
