Windows hosts not listed in "mgmt_targets" on OEM 11g grid control ...

When i select host_name from sysman.mgmt_targets on our OEM 11g grid, i am seeing only Linux hosts.  We have several Windows servers hosting Middleware appllications such as tomcat.

I see all the hosts (Linux + Windows) on the OEM 11g Console, but not able to select them from the repository database.   Is there any other view that keeps this info ?
