Windows hosts and OEM 11g Grid Control: Not able to select the Windows hosts from mgmt_targets ..

Windows hosts and  OEM 11g Grid Control:   Not able to select the Windows hosts from mgmt_targets ...

On OEM Console, I see all the hosts (Windows + Linux), but, when select host_name from sysman.mgmt_targets i am seeing only Linux hosts ?   We have several Windows Servers hosting Oracle Middleware porducts such as Tomcat.  Is there any other view ?
