Table security - assistance needed

Hi All,
at the very beginning: I have almost no idea about db administration - I can barely do a few simple things in EM so maybe I will ask trivial question:

I was asked to create an user who will have access to a few tables only. I know how to create an user but I do not know how to setup such security - can you please advice?
