Database upgrade

Hi All,

We patched our ODA in December and the current version is 2.4.0.0.0. Our databases are 11.2.0.2(on Red Hat 5). We plan to upgrade our database to 11.2.0.3 with oakcli. Will it be ok to run the following command to upgrade the databases or is there any prerequisite work to be done before upgrading.

oakcli upgrade database -db <dbname> <oracle home>
