Need Help Understanding Changes in the Status field and Last Monitored Time field of Nodes Table

 I am looking at a new Change Tracking report generated recently from the Oracle Configuration Controls Governor (CCG) product of the Oracle GRC family. 

  We use an E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 applications environment on an 11gR2 Oracle database; this EBS installation is separate from our CCG environment.

 
  (1) The first question I have is regarding the Status field in the Nodes table. The Change Tracking report shows that the Status field in the Nodes table is updated every day by the applmgr OS user.  The value of this field changes often from an N to a Y, and then from a Y to an N.
