OTL: Disable/Delete Overwrite Entry Check box onTimecard Layout

 How to disable/delete the Overwrite Entry check box on OTL Timecard Layout.I tried to modify the ldt file, but I could not delete this. We are using 'Projects Alternate Timecard Layout' (PROJECTS-ALT-TIMECARD).
I was able to delete entire section like Template, Exclude Hours check box and Overwrite Check box but not just Overwrite check box.

Pls suggest me if there are any other options.
