Operating unit and IO conflict

Hello Experts

We are facing a strange issue in Requsitions and PO's where we are creating a PO in one operating unit and ship to organization is showing an IO which belongs to a differnet inventory organization

I am attaching the screenshots here with

Unfortunately we are not able to replicate the scenario and we have got 100's of orders with this issue, already raised an S1 SR but not a good progress
