Costing Manager not picking up transactions for costing

Hello Inventory Gurus,

we have a problem with inventory costing - 

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We have several NOT Costed transactions with the Error: "CST_INVALID_INTERORG" "The inter-organization transfer transaction is from and to the same organization."
CST_INVALID_INTERORG - IO 134

any suggestions.
