Fee Revenue- Tax exemption?

 Hello,

We have business scenario where we bill the customer for some kind of fees, where we have been setup those fees as items in Inventory of category fee. All these fee items are non taxable, so please let me what are different ways of setting up these fee items as non taxable.

We are on 12.1.3 and we are E-B Tax for tax calculation.
