Format Payment Instructions does not generate output

Hi,

We are  upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3. In 11i we customized our Check format using XML publisher. It is working fine in 11i. But in R12 the Format Payment Instructions does not generate any output. When i try to open the PDF file i am getting "The Page cannot be opened. There are no pages."

Can anyone help me?
