When we open the Attributes control form the following error message is cumming.

Hi 
Can any one can help me while opening the Attribute control form , the following error message is cumming and also  only purchase & Work In process status attributes are displaying and the remaining are not available in the form.

At the same time Inventory, Process manufacturing related tabs are not displaying the Mater Items form.

FRM-40735:WHEN NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhand led exceptionable ORA-04062
