Prepayment application

Hi
Is there anyway we can find from backend tables whether a Prepayment is applied before or after validation of standard invoice..

The scenario is like

Create a Prepayment and pay the same..
Apply the same on standard invoice and then validate the standard invoice..

So from backend tables how to find whether the same is being applied prior to validation of standard invoice?
