OAException: oracle.jbo.InvalidObjAccessException: JBO-25036: An invalid object operation was invoke

 After upgrade to 12.1.3 from 12.0.6 we are frequently getting above exception while access OAF pages directly as well as through from functions.The problem seems to go away after restarting oacore services but it is not persistent and we get the same exception again after few hours.
Any solution for the above problem would be appreciated.
