Effect of bypassing inspection process on Depot Repair

During Implementation, during the data loading of IB trackable items into the system the 'RMA Inspection Required' flag in the item master (Order Management tab) of tens of thousands of items has been checked. So, when we receive the items after creating a Repair Order in depot repair, the inspection step is being triggered for these items. Users are having to do additional receiving transactions after entering quality results.

Recently, business has recognized that we should not be inspecting the received (damaged) goods at the time the items are received from customers as they would be doing that (inspection) anyway during the repair of the items. So, they want to get rid of the Inspection process during receiving (which would increase productivity of the receiving team).
