POS Client goes offline whenever the Store Server is unable to connect Central office.

Hi,

 We are using Oracle POS version 12.0.9. Whenever our Store server is unable to connect the Central office application server (Either Store link down or Central office is down), all the POS clients become slow and going into offline mode. All the transaction made during that time  is not getting saved in the local database.

Is there any configarationg issue? Anybody came across this issue? We are still unable to find the rootcause of this issue. Need urgent help.
