Limit on the number of Budget Adjustments one can perform

Hello,

I made a Budget adjustment to a backdate the "Fully Accrued" budget by updating the Effective date. The Adjustment was approved and the status changed to Active. The budget was updated.

I tried making one more adjustment to the same Fully Accrued Budget by clicking the Create button, I'm getting the following message. "Offer adjustment already exists. You cannot create more adjustment".

My question is that is there a limit on the number of adjustments one can create on a "Fully Accrued Budget".
