New Schedule Server

Hi,
I have 2 physical and logical servers (with 2 oracle databases) in my jde1 (8.16 SP1 with 8.98.3.4) system. I have one schedule server running on the first one, but i cannot define and use the second server for schedule server, how can i define and use it, please help?
