Purchasing Option Defualt Tax Option is not showing?

Hi ALL,

i AM VERY NEW ON EBT ?? I HAVE SEEN WE CAN DEFAULT THE TAX IN VAIROUS PLACES SAY SUPPLIER, SITE, ITEM ETC ??

Here i have read a note  that we can check any thing Under the Purchase OPtions in order to defualt the Tax. Now While I am calling the same Page of Purchasing Option so it didnt get the Defualt Tax Region ??

Kindly let me know in case of any issue.
