Is it possible to Apply the Tax on BPA & GPA.

BASED ON MINE OWN CONSIDERANTION I KNOW THERE IS NOT ANY PROVISION TO APPLY THE TAX ON THE BPA. But here what me wanted to know is something diffrent. Let us consider the Case mine BPA is Actually the GPA and I have Enable the Check of the Global while Creating the BPA. I am doing release againts the GPA which is actually the SPO. I am not getting how to defualt the Tax on the Release which is actually the SPO of GPA ?
