Journal Entries Report - Cost Management throws up Error as Bills Of Material is invalid

We have recently upgraded to 12.1.1 and are trying to reconcile inventory with GL by using the Journal Entries Report - Cost Management.

However this is throwing an Error message immediately with: Value Bills of Material for the flexfield segment Responsibility Application does not exist in the value set XLA_SRS_SUBLEDGERS.

I have opened the value set XLA_SRS_SUBLEDGERS but the Table Name section is greyed out.

How do I add value Bills Of Material?
