creating dblink between Oracl e database and SQL database

Hi Team,
One of my customer requested to create a dblink between oralce database and sql database. Find below other details.

Oralce Server Details
=================
Oracle Version : 10.2.0.1 -- 64 bit
Platform : Windows 64 bit

SQL SERVER DETAILS
==================

SQL Server : SQL2008 Server
Platform : Windowns 64 bit.

Please help me how to start and complete the task. It was little bit urgent .. plz help me on this If any one have DOC ID or any other way..
