Sales order not appearing in LOV

Hello All

I am getting one issue, where i have done setup for a particular order type.

Now when i try to see the order type in "Order organizer" form i am able to see the order type name in the LOV. However when i goto the "Sales Order" form and then try to check in the LOV i am unable to see the order type name.

what can be the issue ? i tried to check all the setups and those seems to be fine.

Please let me know if i am missing something here/
