Item Loc Creation Error RMS-SIM 13.2.5 version

 Hi all,


I tried to create a New Item in RMS (13.1.7) and SIM (13.2.5). I got the following Error. Can any one suggest a solution for it.

Error:
ItemLocCre Message is stuck in SIM STAGED_MESSAGE Table With Error ORA-00904: "LABEL_CODE"

I also see that this is the bug No:Bug 13845833  and is fixed in 13.2.5 version. But still i am facing this. Any helpful solutions plzzzz.
