Receiving Transaction Processor Not picking lines from interface table

 Hi I have to make receipt against RMA order .I have created lines in both rcv_headers_interface and rcv_transactions_interface
but when I am launching Receiving Transaction Processor then it is not processing these lines and it is not generating error in po interface error .
I am not able what is issue.Can anyone tell what I have to check ?
Script is below

insert into rcv_headers_interface(header_interface_id ,group_id
                                               ,processing_status_code ,receipt_source_code
                                               ,transaction_type ,last_update_date ,last_updated_by ,creation_date
                                               ,created_by ,last_update_login ,validation_flag ,ship_to_organization_id ,expected_receipt_date ,employee_id ,customer_id
