Unable to load Catalog from XML

Hello,

Could you please help to find the reason why I can not load catalog using XML. In attachment please see the XML file which I am trying to load. The request is finished succefully (see screenshot in attachment). But I can not not find items in iProcurement. We have 11.5.10.2 version of iProcurement.
