java.lang.NullPointerException - When Submitting to create a custom integrator

 I have created this in a test environment but now in Production - I am getting an error:
## Detail 0 ##
java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.bne.wdf.importer.webui.BneImporterCO.processFormRequest(BneImporterCO.java:510)

I have gone through all the steps to create the custom integrator using a custom table.  I get to the end and submit and get the java error page. 

Thoughts on why I would get this at this point?  I have not found any differences or anything to give me any inclination as to what the problem is.
