Create IB instance error in Field Service Debrief function

Hi,

 when use debrief material function in field service,return item A from engineer subinventory to other subiventory ,quantity 2 ,when post debrief ,error"Invalid quantity specified. Negative quantities are not allowed for this Item. Please check the Item Definition. (QUANTITY=-1);" and can not create IB instance ，the item is IB tracked ,and no serial control,if success ,IB instance will create ,and material transactions include one record abount Field Service Recovery to engineer subinventory and one about intransit shipment of engineer subinventory to other subinventory.now ,IB not created and material transactions also error.

 item which serial controled can success, but no serial controled have errors ,Why?
