Question on Recommended Patch Collections

Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

Question: We have raised various Service Requests over the past year or so for AP issues and the Oracle Analyst has pointed out on a few occasions that our clients production system was no at the correct level for Accounts Payable and recommended that apply the latest RPC for AP.

If we implement the latest RPC for Payables, does Oracle recomend implementing the latest RPC for all modules or just for the specific modules where we are seeing issues?
