Question on upgrade 11.5.9 to R12.1.3

Hi,
we want to upgrade 11.5.9 to R12.1.3
Our Environment is:

OS : Solaris SPARC 9-64bit [64-bit sparcv9 kernel modules]

Oracle: 11.5.9 with 9.2.0.3 Databse - 32bit

Now we want to upgrade our application to R12.1.3 on Solaris SPARC 10 -64 bit

Please suggest the upgrade path and documents.
