R12 - View PO History screen errors out when you do a search and then click on the PO Number link on

The View PO History Screen errors out with the folowing message when the PO Number is clicked on the page.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.pos.changeorder.server.OrderAM'.

JBO-30003: The application pool (chist91043.amers.ibechtel.comFIQ11544oracle.apps.pos.changeorder.server.OrderAM) failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.NoDefException, msg=JBO-25002: Definition oracle.apps.pos.changeorder.server.OrderAM of type ApplicationModule not found.

The page "$JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/pos/changeorder/webui/PosViewOrderPG" is called when a PO# is cicked and it refers to OrderAM.xml file.
