When log into Siebel , it just hungs there forever

Hi All,

I just installed siebel 8.1.1.10 and i can see the login page by access the web address, but after i type user name and password, the log in page is forever under progress, i can not go further....

When i try to log in with dedicated web client, there is a status done under the login screen , but the whole page is just a blank.

Could you please help ? Thank you!
