Error during upgrade from siebel 7.7.12 SEA to siebel 8.1.1.5 SEA

Hi,

We got error when we run the DB Server Configuration Utility

1.    Import New Customer Repository error, and I didn’t see error pop during the process, and I found the error in the log file repp.log. And the screenshot is in the attachment.
