Notifications in Work List

Hi All

Not to sure if this should be under Order Management.

We've got a SR open since November 2012. A bug is also logged against it but up to know Oracle could not found a resolution.

Roles are created in CRM and added them in Workflow as Approver. Users already in the Role can see notifications in Work List but when adding a new user to that Role, this user cannot see notifications in their work list. This is for RMA orders in Order Management.

It was working fine in 11i. Roles were appearing in wf_roles table and wf_user_roles table and they could see the notifications in their Work List. Issue is occurring only after upgrade to R12.
