what should the Default Allocation Unit size be set to

I am migrating an Oracle environment from Server 2003 R2 64 bit to Server 2008 R2 64 bit.  We are using NetApp SAN storage and my question is regarding formatting the disks for the first time:
My Oracle 11g instance is using 8k block size.  When formatting the disks initially on Windows, what should the Default Allocation Unit size be set to?

My guess is that it should set to 8k, but I was having a hard time finding documentation to make that determination.
