115.10.2 : The patch 6502082 is failing while relinking and adconfig.

We have upgraded Database from 10.2.0 to 11.2.0.3 and then trying to apply patch 6502082 as pre-req for 5903765.
The patch 6502082 is failing while relinking and adconfig.
