MT101 missing records as per standard specified by SWIFT

 Hey, 
In reference to Note: - 1318845.1, missing records on MT101, there is a standard specified by SWIFT, 
Within the same occurrence of sequence B
If field 33B is (Present)... And amount in field 32B is (Not equal to Zero)
...
Then field 36 is (Mandatory)...

My MT101 file is showing : - 
:32B:USD1500,00
:33B:USD1500,00

But it is not showing any field # 36 . Can you please advice what is preventing this field to be there on the file
