customization of the P0411 Pros and cons

Hi

We are contemplating customizing the P0411 to atdd an additional tax field to display a second tax instead of just one tax in instances where the tx rate area calculates based on 2 taxes. Can anyone shed any light on the cons of such a customization, i. e the level of impact on upgrades esu's etc. Or has anyone ever done thios type of customization
