filling up from LOV ,in a diffeent tab..
This is to be automated (for details please refer to the attached),so that when ever any SR is created(SR request types are specific—only those which begin with CR) and once these SR are closed , the inactive check box should be ticked up after 15 days of closure.
Is there any way to do this,either by form personalization or from back end?
