Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to limit printing of PDF invoice output to one copy only

Does anyone have a solution to stop it being possible for an 'Original' version of an invoice output in PDF format from being printed more than once?

Our users need flexibility to print their own invoices rather than using a centralised operation but the flexibility introduces the possibility of

being able to print an invoice multiple times from the output of the concurrent request

If a new concurrent request is submitted the application program recognises it is not a NEW print so will only produce a version watermarked COPY

so that is ok

We can purge the output from the concurrent manager queue after a day but there is still the opportunity for an error to be made and the Original
