11.5.10.2 : Whether to release a particular RTI Bug fix Patch to Live, Will this cause any issue tha

Hi,

Oracle has included a new pre-requisite patch (16845061) for RTI patch# 16785543 on 22nd May.
 But we had already done the analysis of the patch# 16785543 on 21st May and it was not there in the patch readme built on 20th May. So only patch# 16785543 was applied in Live.
Now should we apply the Patch 16845061 into Live keeping in mind that 16785543 has already been deployed in Live.
Will this cause any issue that the pre-requisite patch will be applied 2 weeks after the main patch has been applied.
