Apex DMZ / External Access

We are planning to use an Application Express application for intranet and internet users.

We want to implement a DMZ configuration for this application.

Is there any good guide to implement it?, we are using Glass Fish Http Server to access Oracle Application Express.

Any suggestion or advice will be really appreciated.  

Data Base: EBS Data Base 11gr1

Apex Listener

Glass Fish Server Version 3.1.2.4
