Cannot add managed target (even host discovery)

Hi,

Can anybody help me to sort the issue?

I just installed OEM12cR2 on Windows 2008R2 x86-64 (Windows has 180 days trial license) successfully. The Windows Services are started as followed.


I am also able to log into OEM12cR2 console. When I tried to add managed target via 'Configure Auto Discovery' as followed and found 'Host Discovery' is greyed out and 'Configure Host Discovery' is not working.


I even deployed OEM12cR2 management agent via silent installation on another host successfully and tried to add that host to be a managed target. It does not work for me.
