Unable to connect to URL java.security.PrivilegedActionException

 Hello
i am using a ovs template of jde and i have error with weblogic while importing one view report  (ovr) reports

the error is :

WARNING: Unable to connect to URL: http://lxvmovr.us.oracle.com:9704/xmlpserver/services/v2/CatalogService due to java.security.PrivilegedActionException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: lxvmovr.us.oracle.com

first how can i change this url - it is not the one of my webserver, it came with the template ?

second can i just disable this security ?

i use weblogic not oc4j
