adrelink failed in APR cpu patch  16196190
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Hi Team,

adrelink is failed for all products in patch 16196190.We tried manually but still its failing.

Getting error:
Relink of module "adurs" failed.
See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible
reasons for the failure.  Also, please check that the Unix userid
running adrelink has read, write, and execute permissions
on the directory /data/REIQA/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin,
and that there is sufficient space remaining on the disk partition
containing your Oracle Applications installation.

Relinking module 'adwrknew' in product ad ...

make -f /data/REIQA/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/REIQA/out/link_ad_21073.mk /data/REIQA/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adwrknew
